Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 75 Washington St, Suite 1273, Fairburn Ga 30213.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

US Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 business days and is always free for all orders. We know sizing can be tough, so we always offer free shipping and free returns to make the process seamless. 

USPS Standard Ground (Free): 10-15 business days (Orders placed by 9am PST endeavor to ship the same day.)

UPS Expedited ($25): 2-3 business days (Orders placed by 9am PST endeavor to ship the same day.)

UPS Rush ($35):1-2 business days (Orders placed by 9am PST endeavor to ship the same day.)

*Any orders placed after 9am PST on Friday will endeavor to ship out on Monday, barring any national holidays.

International Shipping

Orders shipping internationally can take between 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Exact shipping windows will be displayed at checkout. For a limited time, we are offering free shipping and free return shipping on international orders. We currently do not offer expedited shipping internationally.

Customs and fees

Orders being shipped outside of the United States are subject to customs or duty fees. The fees are governmental in nature and not charged by Spreadsheet. We state 1) in checkout, next to the international shipping options, and 2) in the confirmation email that these fees may apply. Selecting the gift wrap option at checkout will not prevent these fees from being charged. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.

Please note: International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure the most efficient handling of your international order, please make sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached. Please check with your local customs authorities in advance to determine your country's specific import requirements.
